Behind the Booth
From deposits and setup requirements to gallery delivery, here’s everything you need to plan your Reflections experience with confidence.

A 50% retainer is required to secure your booking. This amount is applied toward your total rental cost.

The standard booth rental includes digital photos only. Instant prints are available as an optional add-on and must be selected during booking.

We currently accept cash and bank transfer.

We usually arrive 45–60 minutes before your rental begins to complete setup. If needed, earlier setup may be available by prior arrangement and could incur an additional fee.

We recommend a minimum setup area of 12 × 12 feet with access to a standard electrical outlet. Indoor venues must also have a ceiling height of at least 8.5 feet to accommodate the backdrop.

Yes, provided it is under cover and protected from rain, direct sunlight, wind, and other weather conditions.

The event host will receive the online gallery by email within 24–48 hours after the event, once full payment has been received.

Yes. Additional time may be approved depending on availability. Contact us by phone during your event and, if an extension is possible, the additional time will be added to your invoice.
